Discover the taste of premium craft cider
MADE FROM HEIRLOOM APPLES AND CRAFTED WITH PRECISION
TUCKED AMONG THE WILD LANDSCAPES OF SOUTHERN CHILE, AGE-OLD APPLE ORCHARDS HOLD THE LEGACY OF RECIPES PLANTED INTO THE GROUND MORE THAN A CENTURY AGO.
Today, we’re bringing that tradition to your table—crafted to complement the finest foods.
These historic orchards are recognized as national treasures for their rare characteristics. As they face down extinction, our mission is to preserve and celebrate them, showcasing their most exceptional expression.
The result is a refined cider with a clean, distinctive character—a true taste of a landscape frozen in time. In 1837, Darwin wrote: “Valdivia, in southern Chile, is the only city set within an apple forest.”
“A good cider is a far greater rarity than a good wine.”

FOUNDERS – PUNTA DE FIERRO CIDER
Our small-batch, numbered releases are low in volume and high in character—offering a rare taste of southern Chile and preserving the legacy of the world’s southernmost apple orchards.
Introducing Punta de Fierro and Puchacay, two elegant ciders crafted at Quinta Michay—the world’s first cidery powered entirely by harvested rainwater for both production and irrigation. Naturally sustainable, by design.
All of our ciders are slow-fermented over six months in Valdivia’s cool, rainy climate—allowing the flavors to fully develop.
